While Delica Miyuki beads are of exceptional quality and each piece is finished with a protective varnish, natural wear over time is possible. Factors such as exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, or friction may cause slight changes in colour, texture, or shape. In addition, some specific Delica Miyuki finishes are more delicate and may fade more easily than others. Some of our jewellery pieces can be customised in terms of colour, and in some cases, this may involve a variation in price. If you’re interested, simply use our Contact link to send us a message. We’ll be happy to assist you and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that while colours can be customised, the designs themselves cannot be altered.

Please note that this is not a warranty; however, we do offer repairs or replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Repairs do not cover issues such as broken beads or colour changes due to improper care, or natural wear.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a repair or replacement. Each return request will be reviewed and either accepted or declined within a maximum of two weeks.

Please note that both the return shipping and delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
