At Ananao Handmade Jewellery, every piece of jewellery is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the unique, artisanal nature of our creations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ananaohandmade@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or repair.

Repairs

Repairs due to manufacturing faults are free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost as well as the new shipping cost once the piece has been repaired.

Important Notes

• Refunds are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged.

• We reserve the right to review each case and either accept or decline it, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
